The location was excellent. Everything i wanted to see was easily within walking distance. the kitchen had a table and all the amenities one might need, that really helped. i also thought the bathroom size was fine.
the windows didn't block the outside noise as much as i would have liked. it was next to a public park and pub, quite busy at the weekend.
Rooms

the room included ample soft towels, which i thought was a nice touch! also the big windows allowed natural light to flood the room, which i enjoyed. there were plenty of places to hang clothes.

The location was acceptable, near local facilities.
The experience was frustrating. The access code failed repeatedly. It would not open the door. Contacting staff proved unhelpful, as they focused on blaming us instead of fixing the issue. The television remote also did not function until I replaced the batteries from another remote.

The location is superb. The room was spacious. The bed was fine and everything was clean.
Parking information was misleading. It said the hotel has parking, but it does not have its own parking. I had to use a nearby parking. This costed extra.

The hotel was fantastic. I had the full 'flat option' double room. It included a kitchen and bathroom to myself, and it was grand. It was clean, with all possible amenities included. I was so relieved to find a hair dryer was available.
no one answered messages about if we could put our bags somewhere before check in. when we got there, there was no one to ask. After waiting for a while, a cleaner came and told us we could put them in the basement. I must note that the stairs were very steep, and not at all suitable for carrying bags.
